Editor's Message

We have now caught up the backlog and can start publishing in a regular way. You are very welcome to send suggestions for how to further improve this service. We are now preparing procedures for archiving old issues which are no longer linked to current parts of the web. It is also planned to prepare an e-mail message to be sent to all active IUVSTA people to announce when each new issue of the Bulletin has been produced.
